  • We take great care in delivering your products, and partner only with reputed courier services such as First Flight, DTDC, Delhivery, UPS, Fedex, DHL, Aramex.
  • Shipping within India is free. We provide worldwide shipping – no custom charges applicable for select countries (*We work on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis for USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, hence all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price)
  • Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The Customs Duty Rate is a percentage. This percentage is determined by the total purchased value of the article(s) paid at a foreign country and not based on factors such as quality, size, or weight. It is under the discretion of the local government at your country and we cannot control the same. 
  • We do not deliver to P.O box addresses.
  • Delivery time depends on the delivery destination & whether you opt for any tailoring/stitching facility. The delivery time for each item is mentioned on the particular product page itself for your reference. We undertake urgent orders, when possible. In case you require an outfit urgently, please contact us with the design number so we can assist you with the same.
  • At Natasha Couture, we do a thorough quality check before dispatching. In the rare case that we notice a defect, a new piece will be manufactured which may lead to a slight delay in shipping.
  • The shipping duration mentioned on our website is indicative and approximate values only. Due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refunds, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained in such cases.
  • For Cash on Delivery, delivery charges of approximately Rs 150 (per item) depending on the weight of the product is applicable.
  • For any reason, if there is going to be a delay in shipping the order because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
  • For international shipping, if you have ordered multiple products and if under circumstance we are unable to provide certain products from your order, you will be asked to select another item. All the items will be dispatched together as you have opted for bulk shipping charges.
  • We will email the tracking details after the order is shipped, tracking numbers might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
  • Please note, for incomplete/incorrect shipping address or door locked at the time of multiple delivery attempts, the charges for re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
  • In the rare case of your order getting lost in transit, we will reprocess the order after 15 days.
