A. Yes, you can unless mentioned otherwise (for readymade garments)
Q. If I want to get the outfits stitched, how do I submit my measurements?
A. After your order is confirmed, you will get an email requesting to submit measurements here: www.natashacouture.co.in
Q. Can I edit the measurements I have put in the Measurement Form?
A. Once the measurements have been submitted, you will not be able to edit them from your end. To make any changes, please drop us an email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. How do I know that you have received my payments?
A. You would receive an order confirmation email stating that we have received your payment along with an order number. Please check your spam/junk folder as well.
Q. My card is declined, what should I do?
A. Please recheck if you have given your card details correctly. If yes, please contact your bank(s) and inform them that you are trying to purchase from an online store. Your bank(s) might block your cards for security issues reasons. Also make sure that the billing address you are entering matches the one on your card/bank.
Q.What are your shipping charges for delivery within India?
A. Delivery within India is free of cost.
Q. How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?
A. Cash on delivery allows you to pay for your order at the time of delivery. To avail this option, select COD option at the time of checkout. COD charges will be applicable. Please note that stitching/customization services are not available for COD orders.
Q. Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?
A. COD option is available at select locations in India. It’s possible that our courier partners are not providing COD facility to your selected delivery address. You may try another address or pay using Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking or Bank Transfer.
Q. Do you offer free worldwide shipping?
A. As we maintain a fair pricing policy, we do not offer free worldwide shipping. This is because the cost of shipping is not added to the product price like other websites who advertise free worldwide shipping. We have clients from India as well and it would not be fair to them to pay the unnecessary charges.
A. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and it varies from country to country. When you add the item to your cart, you can see the shipping charges for your selected shipping destination.
Q. Can billing address and shipping address be different?
A. Yes, you can give a different shipping address. If you are logging in from an International country and want your order to be shipped in India, please make sure that you have entered your India address in the Shipping Address section to avail Free India Shipping offer.
Q. What are the couriers you use to ship the products?
A. We use reputed courier services such as First Flight, DTDC, Gojavas, UPS, Fedex, DHL, Aramex according to the shipping destination.
Q. How can I track my package after it is shipped?
A. You can track it with the Airway Bill number of the courier company once it is shipped.
Q. What are custom duty charges?
A. Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The Customs Duty Rate is a percentage. This percentage is determined by the total purchased value of the article(s) paid at a foreign country and not based on factors such as quality, size, or weight. Bank / Wire Transfer Purchase:

Please email us the 10 digit MTCN number along with your temporary reference number. We would generate your order, once we receive the payments from Western Union.
